Terms of Use
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RFIDLabel.com (the “Website”), operated by ACCUZ PTE. LTD. (“ACCUZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
2. Website Purpose
The Website provides information about RFID labels, RFID inlays, customized labels, printing, encoding, and related products and services.
Product descriptions and technical information are provided for general informational purposes. They do not automatically constitute a binding offer.
3. Product Information and Application Suitability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and technical information. However, product performance may vary according to the specific application.
RFID label performance can be affected by factors including:
The material, shape, and surface of the object to which the label is applied.
The presence of metal, liquids, or other radio-frequency-interfering materials.
Reader type, antenna design, operating frequency, orientation, and reading distance.
Adhesive selection, temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions.
Printing, encoding, installation, and handling methods.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for their intended application. We recommend representative testing before committing to large-volume production where performance depends on application-specific conditions.
Any stated read range or performance figure is indicative unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement for the specific application.
4. Quotations and Orders
Quotations are based on the stated specifications, quantities, materials, printing requirements, encoding requirements, and commercial conditions.
Changes to any of these requirements may affect price, tooling charges, sample costs, or lead time.
An inquiry or quotation request does not constitute an accepted order. Orders are subject to written confirmation and the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement, or agreed sales terms.
5. Customization, Artwork, and Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork, variable data, barcodes, serial numbers, encoding files, and technical instructions, and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use them.
You authorize us to use the supplied materials to prepare proofs, produce samples, manufacture products, and fulfill your order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers must review and approve proofs, specifications, and encoding instructions before production.
Changes after approval may result in additional costs or delays.
6. Samples, Tooling, and Production
Sample availability, sample charges, tooling charges, and production lead times depend on the product and customization requirements.
Any stated lead time is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Production and delivery schedules may be affected by material availability, technical validation, customer approvals, shipping, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Specific sample, tooling, payment, and production conditions will be set out in the applicable quotation or order documents.
