Impinj® M700 RAIN RFID tag chip operates at the UHF frequency range of 860-960MHz, and fully supports all requirements of the EPCglobal Gen2 specification. Impinj® M700 chips improved UHF RFID tag readability to reduce inventory time and improve productivity, which enables items to be read at longer distances with faster speed.
There are currently two type of chips available, which is Impinj® M730 and Impinj® M750. The Impinj® M730 chip has 128-bit EPC memory and no user memory. The Impinj M750 chip has 96-bit EPC memory and 32-bit user memory.
